Tobias keeps a stargazing app and a paper star chart, convinced that the best questions are the ones nobody has answered yet. In math league he savors the long problems, scribbling diagrams until a pattern reveals itself and the solution feels inevitable. Tobias likes explaining his reasoning aloud, because talking it through often shows him a shorter path. On clear evenings he tries to name constellations and tracks the moon's changing shape in a small notebook. Thoughtful and a touch dreamy, Tobias also plays chess for the pure logic of it, treating each game as a tidy little universe. Classmates say he is endlessly patient, the kind of partner who will rework a problem three different ways just to be sure everyone at the table understands.
