Description

Journalism and Digital Storytelling introduces students to gathering and sharing true stories in words, images, and simple layouts. They learn to interview, write clear articles, and pair their reporting with photos and graphics. Students practice the basics of fair, accurate reporting and editing one another's drafts. The class produces a small class publication or digital story collection by the end of the term.

What students learn

Signature project

The class produces a small news magazine or digital story collection of student reporting.
